It surprised me when I only saw 1 fearie, was like where is the other one?!
buy 1 get 1 free
Bro he didn't even buy them, he collected him to his Harem lmao.
I think its more of a bulk liquidation sale at this point..
another addition to rein's harem.
Then who is gonna put up a barrier for the village the villagers wont allow them
if they just leave i guess the villagers will be forced to replace them.
Yep seems valid, bcz you can figure it out by looking at the outro
indeed
Honestly, this is probably something everyone else has started to realize already, but it's starting to feel like the true hero of this anime is rein. Like, if he tried to equip the shield, he'd be able to.
I'm really excited for the next episode, and to see his party grow even larger as he manages to add both the fairies to his group.
The mix of comedy and wholesomeness truly makes this one of the most enjoyable anime of this season, and I continue to find myself waiting for the next episode to release. Reminds me of when Bofuri and the anime where the guy made drinks for his wife. Both of those times, I couldn't wait for my next dose of seasonal wholesome moments.
I was just thinking that the hero seems like too much of an asshole to really be a hero. With how OP rein is and maybe the reason his village was targeted was because he really is the hero
Yeah, My Thoughts Exactly.
I just thinking wouldn't it be funny if he could also use the shield but fr tho he probably could
i mean he's the main character it was pretty obvious from ep 1 that he is the true hero lol. Also although I like the concept of being able to control animals as a power I wish they would make an anime like this but more serious like but still has comedy
Well I knew he was the main character, but I thought that it was going to be like that one anime from a bit back where the guy leaves the party and decides to live a peaceful life away from the action.
Like, I thought he was just going to do his own stuff with his party and the "Heroes" party would be the one to deal with the demon king and everything. It's nice and all that he's the real hero, but it would also have been nice if he hadn't of been and was just an OP guy that enjoyed living a life away from the "Big journey"
Like every single fantasy anime seems to be like that now, so it's nice when they divert and do something else.
Didn't we get an anime like that already though...??
Well in that one, the guy just stayed holed up in his shop making medicines and stuff. Sure he ventured out to help a bit around the town, but for the most part he was just chilling in his house. I was thinking this was going to be an anime where he went around helping and adventuring around the world, with no big grandiose reason for doing so. Like, just him and his party adventuring and making memories, not having to deal with the main bad guy
how many shows out there dosen't have that same thing? the MC is always the hero most of the time and he is always a dense wimp lol. Which is getting really annoying at this point since like 90% of other shows in this genre are the same.
We have way too little of Anti-heros that act like they want to.
Anti-heroes are nice too, but like I think we're making the same point here. There are a LOT of anime where the MC is the hero and is told to go out and kill the demon lord/king/whatever.
That's why, I thought this was going to be different, and that he wasn't going to be a hero. I thought he was going to be an OP side character. Like, I kinda just wanted to watch him live a life of adventuring with his new party and enjoying life, with no obligation to be a "hero".
But if he ends up being the hero, then this will be like a lot of those other anime, where the mc is made to go take out the "Big bad guy"
Don't get me wrong, it's not bad per se, I really like this group of characters. I just was thinking it was going to go a different route.
Belive me this show is just another one of thoes shows that is going to turn up just like that. Rein is probably the hero and he is gonna defeat the demon lord. I mean its kinda obvious at this point, i would be shocked if nothing of that happens here.
Imma spoil you something then...
Read at your own risk:
now im starting to think that the reason why rein village is been attacked is mostly because of these fact about being a hero sadly rein is currently not present during the attack the reason why hes still alive
He is certainly "a" hero, but "the" hero is usually a title received by the world itself or some such in anime like this. Even if he's a dickbag, it was his birthright, yada yada. It's the author's way of telling people that you don't have to be born of greatness to be a great person, to be the hero of your own story.
come on bro..this anime is boring from this point on..idk about any story..this is making me puke when i see an MC that kind in MEDIEVAL FKING times and the expecting life spang was under 45-40 years old..
If i want to see king animation i can watch some disney-cartoon network stuff
I want to see a MC with courage, some little bit of evil in him when it's needed for the villains ...this is becoming a cliche
Then You're watching the Wrong Anime My Friend. We all Know just How Good of A Person Rein Is.
I know it's good but that's to much..it's getting to be a cliche..why they even put it like that..it's medieval times in a fantasy world..where courage and some more action and evil it's required not that much goodness like we watching some 3+ rated animation
I watched all the cool anime with crazy MC like berserk and so on..
I get 3 crazy anime this year with good MC..but that's not much..and i get a lot of this type of anime with cute and pussy MC..
Actual historical medieval times wasn't like game of thrones. There have always been nice people who just like helping others. Also, fighting doesn't have to result in maiming or killing. Take up boxing and you will realize this.
Besides, this is a video game fantasy world, with magic and demon lords. It's more important for it to tell stories that relate to our world than to mirror historical medieval Europe.
And if you don't think nice-guy harems exist in real life, just take a look at the average handsome school teacher.
Why are you still at ep 6 then lol, I think the rest of us are just here chilling and turning off our brain for some comedy/wholesome stuff. I can see the plot and animation quality isn't all there but why continue watching if you don't like it.
sounds like you want cultivation manwha, like you would like against the sky supreme, its a bloodbath
Bet they pull out the basic thing, like the real shield is that fairy, because she is doing barriers.
Double head pats! He's going to need more hands in the future for more simultaneous head pats.
He will have to unlock: Unlimited Headpats Works
Rapthalia liked that.
why not use "that" for the third ?
yup my thoughts exactly... he ends up with 5 one for each hand, each leg, and a fifth for his rod
AYOOO
Four heads giving him a head each lol
He still got 2 legs and 2 buttocks to use for headpats
Fearies specialize in magic, phantom hands go!
I support the notion of just defeating the demon lord themselves instead of leaving the task to the hero’s party. This world is doomed if its fate rests in the hands of a group like that. Also, I’m pretty sure that letting the hero’s party off easy is just going to come back to bite Rein in the a** later too.
I'm also pretty certain that even if Rein joined the Hero's party for this event alone, to get the shield, the fairies wouldn't give it to someone like the hero
Sora already stated that the pact was made between the fairies and the Hero, to pass on the shield to the Hero if he ever comes and ask for it. So it'll still be given to him regardless. ALTHOUGH the whole thing is kinda iffy with the ultimate species vouching for a human automatically equalling to human is good. Like surely there are ultimate species out there who can be assholes.
to be fair, i think the dragonoid is kinda.
or would be if she wasnt with rein.
Oh I totally expected to come back on him.
It's alright letting off the hero's party easy... this way we can see more Hero's party ass-kicking
I agree, Rein's party should be the ones taking the hero's role of defeating the demon lord. I don't read the manga, but I hope it happens soon if I was the author, I will make it happen by sending a really powerful demon to kill hero and his party, so Rein and his companions can take their place
I won't spoil anything, but as someone who has read the manga, there is a valid reason as to why "The Hero" is pretty much the only one who can defeat the Demon Lord, with Rein being a possible exception, though he kinda fits that reason as well, it should all be explained soon.
I just think of the Yuusha (Hero) as a sh*tty co-worker who is only good at the task he was hired for. You just have to work with them despite their shortcomings.
Welcome twin Sora and Luna
